Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Once your order has shipped, we do not accept returns or exchanges. 


Damaged or Defective Products

Please submit evidence of the damaged or defective product within 4 days of receiving your items. Please contact info@nourishedbyshawnta.com

Replacement Policy

For the purpose of this policy, “Defect or Damage” refers strictly to products that are visibly damaged or defective upon arrival. This does not include stolen packages, or packages that arrive opened or tampered with.

We offer replacements only for items that are visibly defective or damaged upon delivery, and these claims must be submitted within 4 days of receiving your package.

We are happy to now offer shipping protection insurance on all orders! To insure your package, simply select the “Package Protection” option on the cart page before checking out. This ensures your order is covered through our third-party protection partner.

If you choose not to add insurance, any issues with your delivery—including lost, stolen, or delayed packages—must be addressed directly with the shipping carrier. Please contact the carrier and provide your tracking number for assistance.

Important:
We do not offer refunds or replacements for orders marked as delivered by the carrier. We are not liable for uninsured packages that are lost or damaged in transit.

 

Canceling my order

To expedite your order processing we are unable to change, remove or edit orders once they are placed. This includes but is not limited to:

- Adding/removing items 

- Change of product choice

- Order modifications 

- Shipping modifications (with the exception of small errors like unit and/or apartment number missing)
